Cancellation and Return

Artycart.com is devoted to serve you before as well as after your order. Artycart.com offer Complete Buyer’s Protection. Artycart showcases variety of Handmade as well as factory made products.

Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or Damaged or Not as Described.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement/return request on customercare@artycart.com with order number in their subject within 2 working days after receiving the product or within the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by the seller once they receive the product.

Claims after 2 working days won’t be considered for return or refund. Artycart will get in contact with customer for further process.

While retuning Please make sure to give original packing intact and tags unremoved.

Please attach photographs in case of damaged or wrong product delivered.

Please do not accept product with damaged or tampered packing. If customer accepts the product with damaged or tampered packing, Artycart won’t be considered responsible for same.

  • All the products may not have the same return/replacement policy period. Kindly always check the respective products return/replacement policy.
  • Handmade products may vary in shades or design. As they cannot be produced identically.
